Boycott Martin Scorsese for supporting Roman Polanski

With the recent arrest of Roman Polanski many actors, producers, directors and studio executives are begging for Roman Polanski's freedom. In 1977 Roman gave a 13 year old girl champagne and drugs. He then had sex with her. He fled the country before he could be properly punished. These "Hollywood" types think that after all these years we should forgive and forget.
I disagree.
As I browsed the list of people supporting Roman one name popped out at me. That was Martin Scorsese. This man has published several of my favorite movies and it disgusts me that he thinks we should move on and let Roman go. I think we need to organize a mass boycott of Martin Scorsese's latest film "Shutter Island" to get our point across.
If you are against letting a statutory rapist get off the hook then I beg you, sign this petition and boycott this movie.
We are your fans. We are the ones who paid for your house, your car and your cushy lifestyle. By supporting a known child rapist you disgust us. We will see to it that your next movie bombs bigger than Waterworld. You are doing yourself a disservice by associating with scum. We implore you to reconsider your stance on this subject.
