repeal smoking ban in taverns and bar's in new jersey
The No Smoking Ban in Taverns, Bars and Restaurants was shoved down the citizens throats by people who don't want the majority of the people to have their right to choose. And by the minority who never frequent Public establishments and want to take away any enjoyment the people have, any way they can.
The New Jersey Goverment should have no say on the activity and recreation of the people for thier health and well being. This is a decision that the People are entitled to do themselves under the Bill Of Rights. If we wanted to be regulated by the Goverment we would have never formed a Demoracry and a New Goverment on July 4, 1776, Fought the British in the Revoloutionary War and Presented a Constitution To The English Prior to the Revolutionary War.And the Bill Of Rights After.
A Tavern or Bar is a place to enjoy and unwind after a hard days work. The last thing the people need is The Government looking over their shoulder when ever they are there. If a Person Does Not like the Smoke or the Smell of Liquor he or She has the Free Choice to not go into such establishments. That is all that is needed along with being 21 years of age. Repeal The Smoking Ban In Taverns and Bars.
Give us our Freedom of choice Back.
