Are we on right direction to change Pakistan

We did cast our vote to our choice of politicians as to solve the national problems domestic and global. To change the country and make better future of our next generation. But we never choose any Dictator (An Army Personnel) to rule over us and make the things good. In fact we are supporting and favoring our army men and trust them more than other politicians.
So are we on right direction to change our world? Should it be the Army personnel next rule our country!
