The TOT Spot Daycare at 310 N. Main St, Ithaca

The TOT Spot Daycare is an already established daycare located at 530 E Center St in Ithaca. After purchasing the home at 310 N. Main St Courtney Wheeler, the owner, is hoping to move her daycare and her family into this new home. According to a city ordinance, Courtney Wheeler must obtain a special uses permit due to the zoning (R2) of the new home and the city must notify all the neighbors and give them a chance to voice their approval or disapproval. This is a petition stating all of the following residence are in agreement with the special use permit.
