Child Support Paid by Government for those not getting paid! Then the non-paying parent owes state or federal government! My name is Rachel Lione. I have a son Vincent who is 6 years old. I'm owed backpay and his father is in prison and is ordered to pay 1 dollar a week in backpay throughout his sentence. He's not paying! I know I will never receive child support. I also want to add men and women where the other parent paying is passed on as well as where the other parent is unknown. Let's keep it real the federal and state government can pay everyone's child support where the parent is alive saving single parents struggling to make ends meet. Then make these parents who don't pay owe the government. Maybe have them work it off. I'm open to anything. I mean it's really bad I don't have a car but we have a bus stop less than a block away that goes everywhere we need to plus a grocery store 150 feet from that bus stop. I walk with bags and I have muscles. Plus my little man carries light groceries. Also I previously worked there I had to quit my mom passed and I needed time off so they have watched me come in and out that store for years and I see I'm getting really respectful looks from my old managers but to the point when it's bottled waters(24pk) or cat food and birdseed or litter they allow me to bring a cart home. I love them! Not everyone is that lucky. Look at those stimulus checks you could start with the monthly payment. They should be held accountable for child support and still owe it whether in prison, jail, or not. In my state they are not responsible. But he's supposed to be and I don't know how that happened. Let's just say I have never abused or neglected my son he never paid dcs child support nor me 1 cent. Dcs dropped it when I got sole custody so that he could start paying me. I paid all my child support and even when I wasn't supposed to which they owe me like 500 dollars. They decided 152 but never sent the check. I would be grateful for any amount the state of Indiana would give me. I'm about to have to make a decision bc of credit cards I'll admit. Rash decisions and spoiling my son which I have found a balance. This decision is so I can be able to pay rent. If I got child support which should not be based on what it is I would be words don't express. I know the state of Indiana can do it. I'm contacting the governor about this based on getting SSI and how it's not taken into consideration that I am a single mom with 0 cents paid. I don't have to tell you the game these guys go to prison to get food, shelter, and not be responsible. No job and there's drugs there. Governor, Swnators, Congressman, and Mr President Biden!
