Harrassment & Discrimination of Employees

On numerous occasions the first floor lead (Marco) has mistreated, harrassed, and discriminated against employees during the night shift at Amazon [work #41547357]. For example: racial profiling and accusations against African American female employees, causing mental distress and an uncomfortable work environment through stalking/following, misassigning tasks, and innapropiate communication/personal conduct. The lead (Marco) has also worked in collusion with his/the superior supervisor (Marisol) in order to keep himself from being completely honest and accountable for his actions. This has created a consistent cycle of unresolved complaints yet to be dealt with. The night staff has come to a place of frustration and unrest. We are petitioning a call to action for the permanent dismissal of Marco in his role as a lead during this shift. Our purpose is for him to be held accountable for his misuse of authority and mistreatment of employees.
