Save our sea turtles! Ban- Straws, plastic rings for canned drinks!

If you want to protect wildlife such as sea turtles please sign to ban the use of straws and plastic rings for cans.

It's against the law to allow animals to suffer. Read up on the animal welfare act 2006 and check the 5 welfare needs. You can get in trouble for not following these and we are risking these beautiful creatures being harmed by our litter. 

So many sea turtles get stuck in these plastic rings and cause bad growth developments leaving the shell in an abnormal shape that causes pain.
I recently saw a video of a sea turtle trying to be saved; the vets were trying to pull out a item from the nostril of the turtle and found out it was a straw. You could see the pain and suffering while they was pulling the straw from its nose which caused bleeding. God knows how it got in there! Please sign to help save the sea turtles from being harmed by our litter and items we don't actually need.
