Military technology is developing a huge threat to humanity.
Dangerous technology is being developed across the world that would give weapons the ability to attack without any human control or direction.
This would be disastrous in modern warfare.
This type of remote warfare will only remove us further away from humanity while providing the possibility of no real accountability behind attacks.
Innocent lives are at risk. These "killer robots" would act in direct defiance of both the international human rights law and the international humanitarian law.
This past week, dozens of countries attended a multilateral disarmament conference and the United Nations in Geneva and we need to inform them to strictly oppose the use of autonomous weaponry.
