Ban overseas scam companies, like Floryday, advertising on 'reputable' websites.

Thousands of people, mainly women, around the world are losing their hard earned money to scam companies like Floryday. They appear reputable, yet on closer inspection, it appears the monies are taken immediately from accounts while customers wait months for poor quality clothes. Too many women never even receive the goods. Returning inferior quality goods is impossible as addresses posted on their websites are fake. The email address is Chinese and people never get a reply. Reputable websites allow these companies to promote their goods. Websites that advertise these companies should be held partly responsible and should be fined under trading standards law.
