Demand Petco Stop Selling Animals!

Petco is selling turtles, tortoises, snakes, frogs, hamster, gerbils, and other small animals. These animals are bred in typical "mill" conditions, where they are kept in confinement, and many times filthy conditions. They are also frequently abused, neglected and killed. They are shipped to Petco and other big box stores, in small plastic containers, that they can barely fit in, as seen in the picture above, of tortoises. This picture is a screenshot from a video that PETA received from a former Petco employee. This has got to stop.

Some of the suppliers include Global Captive Breeders, in Lake Elsinore, California, Holmes Farm and Rainbow World Exotics in Texas. If Petco stops buying from these inhumane suppliers, they will cease to exist.

We are asking Petco to stop the sale of ALL small animals. Please Boycott Petco and other big box stores until they stop selling animals. You can also call 877-738-6742 to file a complaint. Let's stop this madness.
