Amenment to City of Oakdale Soiuld Waste Ordinance 6-12 (f)

The existing city ordinance does not address the length of time that a dumpster use to collect building materials from private property both within and outside of the city of Oakdale can be placed on the property of the home owner located within the defined boundaries of the City of Oakdale, Minnesota.

This petition is requesting the Oakdale City Council to amend the existing ordnance (Solis Waste and Environment Article-I Sec 6-12 (f) ) to limit the time a property owner can have a dumpster or waste collection container staged on their property to Ninety (90) days if active work is taking place on the property, or Sixty (60) days if the work on the property is inactive.
