What I'm asking is stand with me to make a change here locally!!! Speak up this is what we can do !! This why we are here use your voices to be heard ! I'm asking please sign this petition and share it with others . Lubbock tx is a fast pace growing city and there for a lot of money is being put into restaurants upon restaurants and bars plus shopping malls ... we are growing but yet do not have much for our children or families that is educational and exciting I'm an adult and even I would enjoy a zoo . The nearest one is Amarillo or abeline and not many of us have the time to drive there just to take our kiddos to the zoo or aquarium. There is not many things to do here in Lubbock tx so that creates mischief amongst young students and children they get into gangs or just stir up trouble while or either trying to sell drugs or do them but I and many other believe that if we have more recreational things for children to put into there energy there will be less Trouble and mischief so I am asking that Lubbock as a large city needs a zoo .
