Please prosecute as adults the juveniles who tortured this young cat.

We the undersigned ask that you prosecute the young men involved in this torture as adults. Please realize the seriousness of this horrific deed and punish these young men to the fullest extent of the law. Thank you for your consideration and for helping to protect all of our community from additional abuse.
