Would you support a 2nd NFL franchise in Chicago?

The purpose of this petition is to show fan support and interest in Chicago gaining a 2nd NFL franchise. Chicago is thought of as if not the best, one of the top football markets in the world. Chicago is also the most football deprived city in the country. We only have the Bears. There are no division I college teams in the city. Northwestern University is 15 miles north, Northern Illinois University is 71 miles west and The University of Illinois is 135 miles south of the city. Every year, Bears fans are let down by one of the worst ownership groups in all of sports, the McCaskey family. How much fun would it be, to have a football rivalry, like the Cubs versus the White Sox? Since 1985, the Bears%u2019 have only won 51% of their games. In those 23 years, only 9 playoff berths. I think the fans deserve better. Once this petition receives 100,000 supporters, it will be forwarded to several prospective owners, such as Mark Cuban.
