Help Improve the Safety at Cedars and Walters

We, the undersigned, residents of Northbrook, IL, feel that the best resolution to the safety risk at the Walters and Cedar intersection is to install a 4 way STOP sign.  The second best option is to install permanent bumpouts. These bumpouts would clearly indicate that the only safe cross walk on Walters would be on the east side of the intersection. We feel strongly that temporary delineators will only confuse the east/west Walters traffic, leading to continued misconceptions that it is already a 4 way STOP intersection.
