STILL NO JUSTICE! SIX MONTHS HAVE PASSED. Injuries are still being treated. The Restraining Order has been violated but the ABUSER is now allowed visitation with the baby who was hospitalized because of him. He ignores regulations for his construction business, evades taxes, hires undocumented workers, refuses to comply with employer laws, and regularly drives under the influence. This nightmare continues. Mom lives in fear and hiding while the abuser relishes his freedom.

This little one was in the ER a few weeks before her mother was beaten. The father was upset that she was fussing and insisted on feeding her 3x more than she could handle. She vomited, aspirated, and seemed to be having a seizure. A restraining order was issued for mom and baby. He has violated that order but STILL no charges have been filed. Judge Braner has overridden the order and is allowing visitation. This is justice??????

The abuser has since violated the restraining order by coming to Lisa's home. He is on video. But he petitioned for visitation with the baby and San Diego Judge Braner, ignoring evidence and arguments presented by Lisa's attorney, approved his request. Since the beating occurred with no witnesses other than an infant there are still no charges filed.
