Demand private baby changers in all public places

People should sign because it is very Inconvinent to have a child and not be able to comfortably change them when you are in a public area and they need to be changed. Some locations only have bathrooms and no changing table and you are forced to change them on the floor. This is very upsetting and I demand that something is done about this.
