Keep Downtown Goshen patios and outdoor eating spaces SMOKE FREE

The Goshen City Council is a considering a smoking/vaping policy that might not include outdoor patios/eating spaces in the downtown area. If these spaces are not included we (local restaurants) would not be able to enforce a no smoking outdoor patio space for our guests. The Council will vote on the issue Tuesday, Sept 4th. Please sign this petition to include Downtown Goshen's outdoor patios and eating spaces in the smoking/vaping ban. Thanks for your help.
