I have two old growth Blue Spruce trees in my front yard and the Nederland government is intending to utilize their easement to cut them down for an area development project. The initiative is called NedPeds. I’m working to save those trees.
I believe that the trees could be saved if the design of this project is changed to reduce the number of parking spots originally envisioned, and to remove or redirect a "meander" in the road. My hope is that with your help, the folks in charge will undertake that redesign.

Thank you for signing my petition to save the trees from becoming parking spots in Nederland, Colorado. I am so appreciative of your support.
Seems that fighting town hall and being a do-gooder for the trees is going to get expensive.
