Bring Back the Ford Pinto!

The ubiquitous Pinto was my first car, and while, yes it was a crappy car with a history of bursting into flames, it invokes a sense of nostagia. Besides, I think that today's Ford design team could make an amazing car that keeps some of the better parts of the Pinto's stying, but beefs up the interior and powertrain.

We, the undersigned, ask that you please create a modern version of the Ford Pinto, using the classic front end styling, but with a more modern interior and powertrain. We also ask that you make the gas tank less easy to puncture.
