Demand traffic solutions for NW 104 Ave & 74 St. Intersection

On the intersection located in the city of Doral on NW 74 Street and 104 Ave, the traffic light is not working yet. There is a new school on that street, which remains surrounded by constructions, so it remains at this moment as a dead end. Because of that, the traffic is backing up on 107th Ave, both directions and on 74th Street, east bound. All the traffic is being generated because of the school, but the school street is free of traffic, the police located on the intersection is holding the traffic on the right lane, on 74th Street east bound with the cars turning right on 104th Ave. The right lane is now being used for cars going straight ahead on 74 Street east bound, as well as the cars turning right on 104th Avenue, north bound. We need to solve an immediate problem and also avoid future problems. Our proposal is to have the traffic light on the intersection working, and most of all make the right lane on NW 74th Street, east bound, between 107th and 104th Avenue RIGHT TURN ONLY.
