Standing up for special needs especially in Afruca

I am saddened every Day with the rising of special needs cases and sadly few parents due to lack of awareness have no idea on how to deal with it . If we can create awareness and engage the medics we can save the young generation that is falling in these crisis. I would love to be an ambassador to educate and teach as well as get help for the affected families.
