Arkansas state has banned a non lethal substance called Kratom. It has been proven to help people beat their addiction to opiates. In Arkansas it is a class a felony for possessing kratom that carries a maximum prison sentence of 40 yrs and a 10 yr minimum. It is absurd to be able to lock people up over a substance that is non lethal. The only reason it has happened under everyones noses. (ther was no public vote on this matter)The health administration moved on Kratom when the methadone clinics noticed their numbers dropping and rallied against Kratom without the knowledge of the public. People are getting their whole lives destroyed over an unethical law. Please sign the petition so people can take Kratom to help cure their pain from major accidents without having to be addicted to a man made substance.
