2.all the orphans must be under the Indian govt., perfect military training from the start and councelling must be done so that their sphere of intrest is checked out they are led forward.
3.military training and removing of stage fear must be the main goal of all schools rather than business.
4.all the teachers of the junior sections must be always elderly and experianced so that isolation of these kids is stopped.
5.atleast 500 honest citizens must be selected throughout the country and secretly distributed in random sectors for accessment
6.if a person is frequently transferred , accessment must done for the reasons.
