The Australian Anti Shark Finning Alliance

TAASFA's mission is to:
~ To have Australian federal legislation enacted to make it a crime to engage in shark finning activities in Australia, to possess shark fin and/or to participate in or enable shark finning.
~ To stop the trade in and possession of shark fin in Australia.
~ To raise awareness within the Australian community regarding the cruelty and unsustainability of shark finning.
~ To dispel the myths about sharks.
