Demand On Stop Keeping Customers Away From Using The EBT System

Since the beginning of spring 2022 a notice regarding “not able to accept the EBT card” been posted at the check out counter.

It has been over six month since the store has posted a sign regarding its EBT system not working and there has been escalation of customers anger & frustration due to the lack of responsibility & unwilling to fix the system "if truly is not working". Not only a nursing home is located near the store where many residence are unable to drive and this store is more convenient, also there are several people with disability who receive EBT & live nearby.

The resolve of this matter needs to take place soon, otherwise due to the escalation the store will be reported to the appropriate Consumer/Government agency for further investigation.
