End New Shops On Linglestown Road

Eric Kessler of Vangaurd Reality plans on building 40,000 square-foot multi-tenant building as well as three or four free-standing buildings. This will go behind the Sheetz on Linglestown road. There is already ground broken down by Weis Markets that will be built on and he hopes to add more shops and restaurants while the area already has many buildings unused or occupied by failing businesses. About 3 miles away sits a large mall that could use more restaurants and shops.
