Justice for Bart, a tux tomcat who´s been burried alive and dug his way out of the grave after 5 da

Bart´s called a miracle cat now, he´s been hit by a car, his owner must´ve thought he´s dead and burried him, but Bart was anything but dead, he had a broken jaw and a damaged eye (left one), and he clawed his way out of that grave after 5 days, now he´s in the hands of the Humane Society in Tampa/Florida and just had surgery, thank God all went well, but we want justice!!! The driver who hit him with his car must be found and punished because he left Bart to die, but also the owner because he didn´t really check if there was any signs of life from Bart and just burried him...
