2020 Let down

Seniors of class of 2020 are let down by the fact that we do not get to graduate together as a class. We have been through far too much as a class to not be able to have a regular graduation ceremony! We appreciate the efforts that Cumberland county has made despite the current situation but we are offering a solution. Graduation should be outside in an open area such as the football field at our high school or even at a college campus football field, while still following social distancing guidelines. This is a really pressing matter for us and we need all the support we can to have graduation just as all the other classes have in the previous years. Not to mention all the family members and friends who are missing out on the opportunity to see their children, siblings, grandchildren, etc.
