The people of Breezewood and Parkshire and Southwind Village. This is a petition to stop the installation of City Sewage in our neighborhood. We are NOT Annexed into the City Limits, so this procedure is not within their authority to force us to connect....YET!!!! The City Wound't Be Running The Waste System If They Didn't Have Eventual Plans To Annex Us And Force Us To Connect! Please Sign below to let them know this is NOT OK!!
