Smoke Free Apartment Petition

We the tenants of Moravian House 1, 737 Main Street, Bethlehem, Pa 18018 respectfully request Moravian Development Corporation make our apartments and buildings smoke free. Second hand smoke is smoke from burning tobacco products, such as cigarettes, cigars, or pipes. Second hand smoke also is smoke that has been exhaled, or breathed out, by the person smoking. Tobacco smoke contains more than 7,000 chemicals, including hundreds that are toxic, and about 70 that can cause cancer. People breathing second hand smoke are exposed to the same tar, nicotene, and cancer causing chemicals as the person smoking.
