Fire Centerplates CEO for Animal Cruelty

Caught on camera was Centerplate's CEO kicking a puppy for no reason, as he was entering an elevator. The video shows him repeatedly kicking the dog even while it was laying on the floor in a fetal position. This CEO has no regard for animals welfare or life and should be fired for this abuse. Are these the values Centerplate holds? With no punishment he is getting away with animal cruelty.
