Street Lights to Save Lives in Rio Linda ,Ca

Elkhorn Blvd is so Dark and we have no sidewalks. We at least need street lights for the people walking and riding their bikes or even checking their mail. To many people have been killed or severely injured on this road way due to NO LIGHTING and traffic exceeding the speed limit greatly. We need to figure out away to prevent to senseless horrific accident.
