Should a Family w a Parent w Fibro Lose Custody of Children?

My parents are trying to take custody of our children because I have Fibromyalgia. This could set a terrible precedent for all those with Fibro. I am high functioning and only take Cymbalta and Gabapentin for my Fibro. Please help my family and others in the future.
