I want to get Harwich seaside town in Essex made into a world heritage site to bring in further investment of tourism and regeneration of historical town buildings  the napolonic fort and georgian one of kind light house coastal fort and tiding up the coastal path and beach and repair the medieval town wall for visitors and put in headphone interactive guide and multi media computer system for tourism.
