Demand Parity for Flat Closure - NAPBC Amendment

Women going flat after mastectomy are not getting the care we need and deserve, in part because most of us cannot access a plastic surgeon for our closure. Women who choose to reconstruct breast mounds get the services of a specialist - so should women who choose to reconstruct their chest wall (flat closure).
