Duval County Public School's Police Department staff submits letter of no confidence in Chief

Due to the hostile working environment, lack of leadership and emotional stability, we, the undersigned, no longer have the confidence in David Coffman's ability to lead the Duval County Public School's Police Department. Over the past several months, we have been disheartened by the actions of Chief David Coffman. He has tested our willpower and confidence in his skill to adequately lead this department. Under Chief Coffman's leadership, moral has plummeted to depths never before seen at this agency. Chief Coffman lacks communication skills with his subordinates. His condescending and uncaring attitude have forced well-respected individuals to leave the department.
