Demand a stop to chaining up dogs outside for any length of time.

Why do people get animals and chain them outside? That's their whole lives most the time. No body pets them or maybe they do once a week. Why get a dog and chain it outside? They can't protect you, only bark and most dogs bark at everything. If the dog was inside it could protect you.

If your going to get a dog then let it run around in the yard with proper shelter and food and water. A lot of people think dogs are just dogs but they are not. Animals have feelings too. All they want is love just like we do!

If your going to get a dog then have proper care for it or don't get one.
