Puppy mills are all across the united states. Not only do they have terrible living conditions, but when a mother dog is unable to have a litter of puppies they simply discard her. Puppy mills cage the puppies once they are born, then sell them before they are meant to leave their mother. This ends now. we are better than this we can put an end to puppy mills once and for all!
