CMA SEWER FLAT RATE UNFAIR!!

Starting with the next billing cycle we are going to be charged a sewer flat fee of $84 along with the surcharges we are already paying. This means an individual/family residental home pays the same amount as a business, multiple housing complex, hospital, nursing homes, etc. Who do you think uses the system more? Do you really think you should pay the same? It should be based on a flow rate. The more you use the more you pay. What about our senior citizens that are on limited incomes? How about the people that go to Florida in the winter and are not even using the system? They still have to pay $84 even though they are not using it. Please sign this petition if you would like to be billed by flow rate instead of a flat fee. Only sign of you are a customer of the Clearfield Municipal Authority.
