Kingstons Cry Against Kidjacking!

Everyday thousands of children are taken away from their biological parents for reasons that are made up. fabricated, and untrue. Most ofthese families are poor, or on medicated assisted treatment. Their rights are violated bebecause CPC, CPS, and DCF know that these poor families haven't the money or resources to fight back. They are taken advantage of. These children exhibit absolutely NO SIGNS OF ABUSE OR NEGLECT. They are then used as "cash cows" by the state so these caseworkers can line their own pockets by stating that most of these children have medical problems when they really don't. This needs to stop. Children should always remain with their biological parents unless there is physical evidence to prove they have been abused or neglected. False accusations can be made by anyone who is discriminative against the parents. It should not now or ever be considered a legitimate reason to remove a child from his or her parents. This has to stop!! The children are the ones that suffer the most; usually being sent to places where they really are abused and neglected, starved and god knows what else. IF A PARENT IS BEING ACCUSED OF ABUSING OR NEGLECTING THEIR CHILD, PHYSICAL EVIDENCE NEEDS TO BE OBTAINED TO COLLABORATE THE ACCUSATION. HE SAID/SHE SAOD IS NOT LEGITIMATE!!!
