VIOLATOR:
This man Dr. Shamim Hayder Talukder, the owner and CEO of Eminence Associates for Social Development, Dhaka, Bangladesh, is a camouflaged devil. Under the guise of a social worker, he already has committed and is engaged in commission of numerous human rights violations.
ESCAPE:
He has money and powerful political connections. On the other hand, his victims are poor, powerless, and helpless persons. And therefore, he gets away with his violations.
The only way one can know about his violations is by directly observing his internal official conducts and interviewing his victims.
VIOLATIONS:
The violations he has committed include (but are not limited to) as follows:
1. He has stolen a huge amount of money from his employees. He makes his employees work for plural months without salaries and then kick them out without paying them anything.
2. He makes his employees work long overtime hours but does not pay any overtime payment.
3. He uses very nasty offensive languages against his employees and even inflicts physical violence on them.
4. He manipulates the donners to money for social works and steals the major portions of those s.
EVIDENCE:
Some victims are available for testifying. Also, some documentary evidences are available.
SOLUTION DESIRED:
The National Human Rights Commission Bangladesh (1) makes Shamim Talukder fully compensate all victims, and (2) imposes on him all other punishments as appropriate under Bangladesh and United Nations laws.
