Add Lundbar Hills to the Cutten School District

Due to recent concerns regarding inter-district transfers between Eureka City Schools and Cutten/Ridgewood School District, I propose it is time to reevaluate and redraw district boundaries. Lundbar Hills subdivision was first designed to end in Cutten, this project was never completed. There are currently a number of families living in Lundbar Hills who choose to send their children to Cutten School District.
