A severe deterrent for animal baiting and fighting

Animals are meant to be loved and cared for by their owners, but if in the wrong hands these animals have to pay a high price for other people’s entertainment or sport. Animals that are used for bait and fighting will endure horrendous injuries slowly and will be tortured to death, with no one to care for them and give them veterinary treatment. These acts are purely evil and corrupt.People need to recognize this and give it some notability that it deserves.
