Take Care Of Your Kids

This petition is trying to change the child support support guidelines in to as follows:
Any parent that fails to provide support for the child for a specified period of time should be criminally punished for a specified time of incarceration.
Any parent that fails to maintain contact with that child for a specific amount of time should be criminally punished and should be incarcerated for a specified amount of time.
Any parent that is found guilty on one or both charges should be an automatic termenation of any parental rights they may still have.
