Currently the DAPL (Dakota Access Pipe Line) project is planning to cross American lands owned by the Dakota Sioux, by Right and Treaty.
The mostly foreign owned Partnership (ETP) is an entity using Army Corp of Engineers permits to develop land the Army Corp of Engineers has no legal obligation to allow.
Please, as a show to ALL Americans that you are for America and American interests halt this project immediately and examine our Treaty’s with American Citizens (Dakota Sioux and all Indigenous peoples living in the USA) before moving forward.
