Elect new officers for Norcroft Association

According to the By Laws of Norcroft Townhomes Association, Article #4 are not being met .
Article #4 1. The purpose of the association is to have a voice and active participate in matters that share their residency in, and as a community. 2.Make suggestions to the administration and management for the provision of new and /or improve services and activities for the community.3. Promote friendship, charity and a sense of community among residents. 4.Share and receive and discuss information of interest to all residents .
