Bring Jr home

Jr is/was my foster son for over 3 years. He was supposed to be with us forever but was abruptly taken by his tribe (Makah) and put into another foster home (without prior warning). He was taken under false accusations that were proven false. I have done everything in my power to get him back home but they refuse. This is my last shot because at this point, what more do I have to lose?
