you see one teacher per 26+ children in a classroom. That is NOT an even or realistic ratio for one person to be able to teach our children and expect them to learn something from it. There needs to be at least one teacher per 15 students in a classroom. You have children that have allergies I'm learning disabilities in one classroom not every person in this world is the same and they do not live in the same way. Today you see more children than ever struggle to try to keep their grades up and to understand what is going on in school. Their self esteem is beyond low, bullying has increased, not to mention more kids, and teens, fail and want to drop out of school as they get older because they do not understand as well as they should. So the solution to this is to have at least two teachers in the class at all times So that each student can get the individual one on one time that they are needing! It will also take a humongous amount of stress off of one person ( the teacher) and also it'll create more jobs out there for the people who want to become teachers. Let's help our children and their teachers get the help they deserve!
