Class Action Suit Against General Motor Company (Faulty Button Surface A/C Controls)

The surface of GM Motors interior dash panel, More specifically Air Conditioning, Power, Recirculating, Fan up, Fan Down, Defrost, Auto, Air Positioning, AUX, etc, After Light Usage Deteriorate. The surface of the button seem to not be of a good quality and wear off and should be replaced at no charge to customers who have purchased these vehicles new or used. The vehicles in which have been effected are but not limited too the following: 2007-2013 Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Tahoe, GMC Yukon, Denali Models as well, Silverado, Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Sierra etc.

The solution would to either offer a replacement at no charge to the current owners who experience this problem at no charge to the Vehicle owner.
